Your duties include superb client service, accurate communication, and timely follow-ups across home office departments to ensure client satisfaction and branch success.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; professional licensing within 12 months preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with attention to detail and timeliness.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Assist in administering, marketing and growing client relationships with FAs.
• Organize and implement productivity-based campaigns to expand business.
