As a Private Client Associate, you will help administer, market and grow client relationships, working closely with our Janney Financial Advisors to enhance and grow their business.

You may be asked to perform operational responsibilities and should proactively organize productivity-based campaigns while maintaining high ethical standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Series 7, 63 and 65, or 66 preferred or if unlicensed able to obtain licensing within twelve months from date of hire.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Proficient skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Able to work effectively in a fast paced, deadline-oriented environment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Able to work effectively as part of a team.
• High ethical standards.

Responsibilities

• Administer, market and grow client relationships, working closely with Janney Financial Advisors to enhance and grow their business.
• Help develop and maintain client relationships by organizing and implementing productivity-based campaigns.
