Job summary

Janney is seeking a Private Client Associate to support the branch by administering, marketing, and growing client relationships alongside Janney Financial Advisors. You will help develop and maintain relationships by organizing productivity-based campaigns and handling related operational tasks.

A successful candidate will have strong customer service, communication, and teamwork skills, with a willingness to obtain required licenses within a year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
• Experience in the financial services industry preferred, but not required.
• Series 7, 63 and 65, or 66 preferred or if unlicensed able to obtain licensing within twelve months from date of hire
• Excellent customer service skills
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Able to work effectively in a fast paced, deadline-oriented environment
• Strong attention to detail and able to work as part of a team
• High ethical standards

Responsibilities

• Assist in administering, marketing and growing client relationships, working closely with Janney Financial Advisors to enhance their business.
• Help develop and maintain client relationships by organizing and implementing productivity-based campaigns.
• May be asked to perform operational responsibilities as well.
