Job summary

Janney is an award-winning full-service financial services firm committed to understanding our clients' needs and providing advice beyond investments. As a Registered Private Client Associate you will support advisors, help grow client relationships, and implement productivity campaigns.

You will work closely with FAs to enhance their business, handle client communications, and assist with operational tasks as required to ensure a seamless client experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Series 7, 63 and 65, or 66 (or equivalents).
• Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong ethical standards and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Assist in administering, marketing and growing client relationships.
• Collaborate with Janney Financial Advisors to expand business.
• Develop and maintain client relationships through productivity-based campaigns.
• Perform operational responsibilities as needed.
