Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) is seeking a Senior Client Advisor to analyze client exposures, tailor coverages, and present market data with informed guidance. You will deliver proactive service, gather risk-management details, and manage renewals while driving client engagement and retention.

You will leverage your P&C license, 3+ years of personal lines experience, and willingness to travel to meet clients and grow the business within MMA's Private Client Services team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of personal lines insurance experience for high-net-worth clients.
• Proactive P&C license required to quote and bind coverage.
• Strong client service orientation with focus on managing expectations.
• Willingness and ability to travel for client and company meetings as needed.

Responsibilities

• Analyze client exposures and loss experiences to tailor coverages.
• Present accurate market data and provide informed risk guidance to clients.
• Deliver proactive service by addressing questions and gathering risk-management details.
• Create renewal proposals and conduct annual Client Advisory reviews to maintain engagement.
• Grow business through referrals and expanding client programs while ensuring regulatory compliance.
