Job summary

Howden is seeking a Howden Middle Market - Private Client Account Manager in Boston, MA or New Hampshire with a hybrid work schedule. You will manage personal lines and private client accounts, coordinating renewals, endorsements, and client communications to deliver superior service.

The role requires experience in personal lines and private client insurance, strong attention to detail, and collaboration with producers, carriers, and internal teams to support retention and growth.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience managing or servicing personal lines, private client, or high-value personal insurance accounts within a brokerage or agency environment.
• Strong knowledge of personal insurance products, policy forms, coverage concepts, carrier processes, renewals, endorsements, and account documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines while maintaining accuracy, responsiveness, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned portfolio of personal lines and private client accounts, providing timely, accurate, and professional service throughout the policy lifecycle.
• Coordinate new business, renewal, endorsement, cancellation, and remarketing activity within service timelines.
• Review client exposures, existing coverage, policy terms, limits, deductibles, and exclusions, and discuss items with client, producer, or carrier.
