Job summary

Howden is hiring for a Middle Market - Private Client Account Manager based in Boston, MA or New Hampshire with a hybrid schedule. You will manage a portfolio of personal lines and private client accounts, coordinating quotes, renewals, and service across carriers and internal partners.

You will build trusted client relationships, support retention and growth, and maintain accurate records in our agency management system.

Qualifications

• Experience managing or servicing personal lines or high‑value accounts in a brokerage or agency.
• Strong knowledge of personal insurance products, policy forms, coverage concepts, and renewals.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned portfolio of personal lines and private client accounts with timely service.
• Coordinate new business, renewals, endorsements, and remarketing within service timelines.
• Review coverages and exposures; discuss with client, producer, or carrier as needed.
• Prepare renewal materials, coverage summaries, proposals, and applications with producers/markets.
• Obtain quotes, compare terms, and present solutions to clients.
• Maintain accurate records in the agency system and handle service requests.
