Mach Private Risk Management is a growing independent insurance agency specializing in high-net-worth personal insurance. We work with successful individuals and families whose insurance needs often include multiple homes, automobiles, valuables, umbrella liability, watercraft, and other complex personal exposures. We pride ourselves on delivering thoughtful, concierge-level service and long-term risk management advice, and our team is collaborative, entrepreneurial, and genuinely passionate about protecting what matters most to our clients.
We are looking for an exceptionally organized, responsive, and detail-oriented Account Manager to join our team and support a growing book of sophisticated personal-lines clients.
This is not primarily a sales position. We are looking for someone who takes pride in getting things done, communicates professionally, follows through without being chased, and enjoys being the person who keeps clients and the rest of the team moving forward.
We are looking for someone who can become an indispensable part of the operation by taking ownership of the large volume of important day-to-day work that keeps a high-performing insurance agency running smoothly.
You will support our client-service, underwriting, and production teams by taking ownership of the day-to-day work required to service a growing book of high-net-worth personal-lines accounts, including:
The most important part of the role is simple: when something is assigned to you, it gets done accurately, promptly, and without repeated follow-up.
Strongly Preferred: Approximately 2–5 years of personal-lines insurance experience, ideally with an independent insurance agency.
Bonus Points For: Experience serving high-net-worth or private-client accounts. Candidates with this background will be prioritized — we can teach the specific complexity of our client base to someone who already has solid insurance fundamentals and the right work ethic.
Beyond experience, you should be someone who:
We value reliability, judgment, speed, accuracy, and attitude more than an impressive title. Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
We are a small, growing team with a strong client base and a highly personalized approach to insurance. Because we are intentionally lean, great employees have a noticeable impact on the business. You will work directly with experienced insurance professionals and gain exposure to elite-level carriers and sophisticated personal-lines accounts that can accelerate your development.
For the right person, this position has significant room to grow into a larger Account Manager or client-facing advisor role as the agency continues to expand. We want someone who is looking for a place where they can build a career, become trusted by their teammates, and take on increasing responsibility over time.
This is a full-time, in-office, exempt, salaried position. Our benefits include:
Within your first year, success means:
If you have insurance experience, take pride in turning a long to-do list into a completed one, enjoy helping clients, and want to grow with a high-performing private-client insurance agency, we'd like to hear from you.
