ADP, Inc. seeks an experienced Chef in Naples, FL to deliver refined dining for a private household. You will support the principals and Head Chef with personal assistant duties and house operations to ensure seamless daily service with discretion.

The role requires 5–10 years in private household or luxury hospitality settings, with strong organizational skills and the ability to travel for events between estates. High standards of dining and etiquette are essential.

Formación

• Minimum 5–10 years’ experience as a chef in private households or luxury hospitality.
• Experience coordinating private dinners and large events.

Responsabilidades

Salary Range: $45.00 To $55.00 Hourly

Job purpose

To provide exceptional culinary services within a private household while supporting the principals and Head Chef through personal assistant and household operations. The role is responsible for delivering refined, high-quality dining experiences, anticipating household needs, maintaining absolute discretion, and ensuring seamless daily service through strong organization , and attention to detail.

Essential Functions

The job duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

• Assist with healthy, whole food preparation for the day to day
• Assist with menu preparation for the day to day
• Planning, Preparing and Executing large events in conjunction with the Head Chef
• Maintaining and stocking fridges in all properties
• Rotation of product in the house
• Assist the principal with day-to-day tasks as needed
• Assist with serving both formal and informal tables
• Pet Care- taking pets to and from medical appointments
• Cleanliness of the kitchen
• Assisting with the cleanliness in the private areas of the house
• All other responsibilities as assigned

Competencies and Qualifications

• Minimum 5-10 years’ experience as a chef, including private household or luxury hospitality roles
• Experience coordinating private dinners, formal entertainment, and special events preferred
• Ability to travel on occasion for events, coverage, etc. between estates.
• Advanced knowledge of fine dining, international cuisines, and luxury service standards such as care for luxury dishware, etc.
• Ability to adapt menus for events and last-minute requests
• Strong understanding of private household expectations and etiquette
• Must have the ability to work with a team and be a team player
• Absolute discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism
• Ability to anticipate needs and deliver seamless, unobstructive service
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Experience with scheduling and household management
