Qualifications

• Ability to adapt menus for events and last-minute requests.
• Absolute discretion and professionalism required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with healthy, whole food preparation for daily dining.
• Plan and execute menus for daily service and events.
• Stock and maintain fridges across properties.
• Support with serving at formal and informal occasions.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and private areas.
• Coordinate with Head Chef and principals as needed.
