You will collaborate with portfolio managers, investment teams, and marketing/IR to grow investor pipelines, track activities in CRM, coordinate meetings and events, and report progress to senior leadership while adhering to regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential investors, including institutional investors, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals
• Maintain and update CRM systems with investor interactions, pipeline status, and engagement metrics
• Assist in preparing investor outreach materials, presentations, and marketing collateral
• Support investor meetings, roadshows, and virtual events, including scheduling and logistics coordination
• Track capital introduction activities, monitor fundraising progress, and report metrics to senior teams
• Conduct market and investor research to identify trends, new opportunities, and competitor activity
• Collaborate with investment teams to provide investor insights and support fundraising strategy
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal guidelines during investor communications
