Qualifications

• 1–2 years post-college financial services experience.
• Understanding of private equity and primary fundraising.
• Strong analytical and technical capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate GP due diligence to assess fund managers' track records and strategy.
• Prepare marketing materials and review fund economics for accuracy.
• Coordinate investor roadshows and support fundraising processes.
• Manage online data rooms and flow of fund documentation.
• Track investor feedback and maintain LP order book and pipeline.
• Respond to due diligence questionnaires and coordinate subscriptions.
• Maintain databases on fund closings, terms, and LP profiles.
• Communicate with institutional investors throughout the raise.
• Conduct primary market research on fundraising volumes and terms.
