Moelis PCA is a global business providing strategic advisory and distribution to private fund sponsors including primary fundraising, tailored capital raise solutions, and secondary market advisory.The Secondary Advisory team advises financial sponsors and institutional investors on a wide range of strategic liquidity solutions across the private capital universe. As a member of the team, the Associate will provide advisory, structuring, and execution services to clients with investments across the private capital universe.The Associate role offers exposure to all aspects of the GP-led credit secondary market including multi-asset continuation vehicles, tender offers, structured preferred equity solutions, NAV loans, and various other financing solutions for sponsors and their portfolio companies.
