Job summary

Wawa, Inc is seeking a Senior Strategic Sourcing Specialist for Private Brands at the corporate Merchandising department. You will own end-to-end procurement, from supplier discovery through launch readiness, and lead RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs with a focus on cost, quality, and continuity.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in sourcing/procurement and a bachelor’s degree in a related field. Collaboration with QA, Legal, and cross-functional teams is essential to ensure compliance and strong supplier

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in sourcing/procurement/supplier management or related field.
• Experience supporting RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs; supplier evaluations and onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for Private Brand categories.
• Manage end-to-end procurement lifecycle for new products, from discovery to launch readiness.
• Lead supplier RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs and negotiate pricing and terms.
• Coordinate with QA and Legal to ensure compliance and quality.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business, Finance, Logistics, or a related field preferred, or equivalent relevant experience
