Job summary

Circle K is seeking a Manager, Sourcing and Product Development – Private Brands to lead sourcing strategies and product development for private brands in the convenience channel, across packaged food, beverages, snacks and general merchandise.

You will partner with the Private Brand Product Management team to align on vision, cost targets, specs, and timelines, while optimizing supply chain and building scalable processes for speed-to-market and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Buying Operations, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in sourcing, product development, or private brand roles.
• Experience with CPG packaged food and/or general merchandise.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Product Management teams.
• Knowledge of supply chain concepts, supplier management, and commercialization processes.
• Strong organizational, communication, and execution skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute product development plans aligned to brand and assortment strategies.
• Manage day-to-day product development activities from concept to commercialization.
• Translate product briefs into specifications, packaging, and supplier briefs.
• Collaborate with Private Brand Product Management to align on vision, cost targets, specs, timelines.
• Lead supplier communications on cost, timelines, and performance.
• Support SKU lifecycle activities including reformulations and line extensions.
