• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Buying Operations, Supply Chain, Food Science, or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in sourcing, product development, or private brand roles.
• Experience with CPG packaged food and/or general merchandise.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with Product Management teams.

Responsibilities

• Execute product development plans aligned to brand and assortment strategies.
• Manage day-to-day product development activities from concept to commercialization.
• Translate briefs into specifications, packaging requirements, and supplier briefs.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers; support negotiations.
• Improve lead times, on-time delivery, and inventory optimization.
• Ensure FDA, USDA, FSMA compliance and food safety standards.
