Job summary

Daymon in Texas seeks a dynamic Business Manager to lead a single account and guide its strategy, budgets, and team hiring. Reporting to a Senior Business Manager or Director, you will drive execution across branding, private label initiatives, and product planning.

You will work with cross-functional teams to develop marketing plans, optimize promotions, and forecast inventory while building strong supplier and retailer relationships in the American market.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• 3–5 years professional experience.
• Experience building and nurturing brands; private brand a plus.
• Ability to lead and develop teams.
• Budget planning experience.

Responsibilities

• Achieve budgeted goals for area of accountability.
• Develop marketing plans, promotions and inventory forecasting.
• Lead Large Account Management process execution.
• Develop and retain talent on the account team.
• Implement strategic initiatives for the account.
