Job summary

Advantage-Solutions is hiring a Business Manager to oversee a single account or a key category within a larger account in the brokerage business. You will report to a Senior Business Manager or Director and drive strategic and financial plans, budgeting, and team hiring for the account.

The role focuses on executing strategic initiatives, managing budgets, building brands, and leading a team to deliver results for the customer and the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA/Graduate Degree preferred.
• 3 years of professional work experience required; 5 years preferred.
• Experience in building and nurturing brands; private brand management a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams.
• Ability to contribute to setting and achieving budgets.

Responsibilities

• Achieve budgeted goals for area of accountability.
• Develop and execute marketing plans, promotions, advertising and in-store displays.
• Lead Large Account Management Process to identify initiatives and relationships.
• Attract, develop and retain key talent for the account team.
• Execute new strategic initiatives for the account or categories.
