• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred in marketing or related field.
• Experience leading cross-functional private brand projects in CPG.
• Experience with packaging artwork processes and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead private brand and customer-specific projects from request to launch.
• Coordinate artwork development, approvals, and production-ready files.
• Serve as primary marketing contact across internal teams and external agencies.
• Maintain project visibility, identify risks, and manage timelines.
• Coordinate commercialization activities and cross-functional meetings.
• Support customer meetings with project leadership and marketing input.
• Conduct market and packaging research to inform initiatives.
• Develop customer-facing materials with sales/marketing teams.
• Improve private brand workflows, documentation, and approvals.
• Act as internal SME for private brand requirements and processes.
