Northwest Bank is seeking an Executive Director of Private Banking to lead the Private Bank across key markets. This senior role manages multiple direct reports and aligns wealth-management offerings with Northwest Bank's strategic goals.

You will drive revenue through Depository, Lending and Investment Management, develop marketing strategies, and ensure a strong cross-referral network with Retail, Commercial, Mortgage and Small Business Banking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or related field.
• Master's degree (MS or MBA) required.
• 15+ years financial services experience; 8–12 years in Wealth Management & Private Banking.
• Certifications: CTFA, CFP, FINRA SIE, Series 6, Series 7 upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Lead Private Bank team across key markets to meet strategic goals.
• Establish and monitor core metrics to meet annual plans and budgets.
• Drive revenue from Depository, Lending, and Investment Management services.
• Collaborate with Wealth Management leaders to ensure consistent Wealth Management experience.
• Develop internal/external marketing strategies to raise visibility and revenue.
