Job summary

Fidelity Bank, NA in Wichita, KS seeks a Private Banking Relationship Manager to partner with Private Banking Officers and leadership to grow client relationships, coordinate complex needs, and ensure exceptional service.

You will review relationships for deposit and lending opportunities, assist with loan processing, onboard clients, and collaborate across Retail, Commercial, Treasury, and Digital Banking to deliver a seamless client experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field (may be waived in lieu of experience).
• Minimum of 2 years banking experience (Private Banking/relationship banking or similar).
• Experience with deposit and consumer lending products.
• Strong understanding of banking regulations and client confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive communication, resolve service issues, coordinate complex transactions, and own client requests from start to finish.
• Identify unmet deposits, lending, and digital banking needs; introduce appropriate solutions; partner with Private Banking Officers and other lines of business.
• Assist with consumer and Private Banking loan requests, gather financial information, coordinate processing and closing activities.
• Coordinate client onboarding and ongoing relationship maintenance.
• Collaborate with Retail Banking, Consumer Lending, Residential Lending, Commercial Banking, Treasury Services, Digital Banking, Operations, Compliance, and other departments for consistent client experience.
• Prepare client correspondence, proposals and relationship materials; support client meetings and events; assist outreach efforts; identify opportunities to engage existing clients.
• Maintain accurate confidential client records and escalate potential concerns per policies and regulatory requirements.
