Job summary

NBH Bank is seeking a Private Banking professional in Kansas to build and manage strong relationships with high-net-worth clients. The role emphasizes proactive client service, financial acumen, and risk-aware decision making, with collaboration across departments to grow client relationships and deposits.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in relationship management, excellent communication, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent combination of education and related work experience.
• Minimum of 5+ years' experience in progressive relationship management, extraordinary client service and client/prospect calling experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Must be a Notary.

Responsibilities

• Build strong, effective relationships through a confident, professional, and engaging approach.
• Collaborate with others to achieve results, motivate performance, and drive successful outcomes.
• Set and achieve goals, make sound decisions under pressure, and influence others to meet business objectives.
• Lead a team of associates to provide concierge service for Private Clients while protecting the Bank and clients from risk.
