Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• Mandarin and Cantonese language skills required (written and spoken).
• Strong experience in private banking or equivalent high net worth client experience.
• Client-focused with problem solving and relationship building skills.
• Good judgment, urgency, integrity, and professional communication.
• Knowledge of financial markets, products, and relevant regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with input of details to our client database and monitor periodic review reports.
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers to direct client engagement and day-to-day banking needs.
• Accompany Relationship Managers on meetings to explain account opening requirements and product information.
• Work with Operations, Compliance, and product teams to facilitate account openings.
• Adapt to varied scenarios and comply with internal controls and regulatory standards.
