Job summary

Pontcanna Private Finance, part of the Worldwide Property Company Group, is seeking an experienced Private Banking Mortgage Administrator to support processing and management of loan applications across its international private banking network.

This detail-oriented role requires close collaboration with advisers, clients and private bank contacts to move applications from instruction through to completion, while liaising with lenders, lawyers, accountants, surveyors and brokers.

Qualifications

• Experience in mortgage or loan administration at a private bank, wealth manager or premium financial services firm.
• Ability to work with high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients and communicate with senior bank contacts.
• Strong organizational skills and proactive, precise communication.

• Managing and processing mortgage and loan applications with international private banks and lenders
