Job summary

TMP The Mortgage People is seeking a Mortgage and Protection Consultant for a remote position. You will advise clients on mortgage and protection products, deliver excellent customer service, and help grow the business with introducers and customers.

The role requires a CeMAP qualification, strong communication skills, and the ability to work from home with a reliable broadband connection. You will manage client meetings, record activity in the CRM, and may travel to the Head Office when needed.

Qualifications

• CeMAP qualification is mandatory.
• Strong communication and numeracy required.
• Experience in mortgage sales or protection advice preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth strategies with Sales Manager and MD to increase mortgage and protection production.
• Manage introducer service levels and client contact turnaround.
• Record all client activity and sales in the CRM system.
• Coordinate client appointments via Outlook/CRM calendar.
• Conduct client affordability assessments for Housing Association Introducers.
• Identify client needs through full fact find and advise on suitable mortgage products.
• Provide protection product advice to ensure client protection.
