Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of financial industry experience, including 2 years in bank operations or client service.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills for timely, efficient execution.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Experience with loan processes and related systems.

Responsibilities

• Capture complete and accurate client data in loan applications and documentation.
• Support requests from the Private Bank Fulfillment and Production team.
• Coordinate with relationship managers, portfolio managers, counsel, compliance, borrowers, and other parties.
• Maintain premier client experience across all client engagements.
• Collaborate with other bank teams to improve processes.
• Participate in assigned projects.
