Job summary

Revolution Technologies is seeking a Client Services Representative – Fulfillment & Production to coordinate end-to-end Private Banking loan account processes and provide exemplary service to clients. The role may focus on application intake, document generation, processing modifications, or money requests, partnering with the Sales organization and other stakeholders.

You will support the Fulfillment and Production Team, interact with relationship managers, counsel, compliance, and borrowers,

• Capture complete and accurate client data in loan applications and systems.
• Support requests from the Private Bank Fulfillment and Production Team.
• Coordinate with relationship managers, portfolio managers, counsel, and others.
• Deliver premier client experience across all client engagements.
• Collaborate with operations and other bank teams to enhance processes.
• Participate in assigned projects.
