Job summary

WillHire is seeking a Client Services Representative – Fulfillment & Production to coordinate end-to-end Private Banking loan account processes and deliver exceptional client service. The role may focus on application intake, document generation, processing modifications, or initiating money requests, partnering with the full Sales organization and Compliance.

Successful candidates will have a Bachelor's Degree and 4 years in financial services, including 2 years in bank operations or client

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Minimum 4 years of financial industry experience, including 2 years of bank operations and/or client service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Captures complete and accurate client data in the loan application and documentation.
• Supports Private Bank Fulfillment and Production Team to assist client requests.
• Coordinates with relationship managers, portfolio managers, counsel, compliance, borrowers, and other parties involved in each transaction.
• Delivers premier client experience with attention to detail across all client engagements.
• Collaborates with internal teams to enhance processes and participate in projects.
