Qualifications

• Ability to gather required documentation and ensure accuracy and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provides sales, service and execution support for new and ongoing client relationships.
• Gathers required documentation and verifies information for accuracy.
• Performs processing and ensures compliance with standard regulations and processes.
• Acts as a point of contact for clients and internal teams, escalating issues as needed.
• Initiates, updates and verifies client/account/transaction details in systems; provides reports.
• May provide administrative support as needed.
