Job summary

MidFirst Bank is seeking a Private Bank Lending Assistant to provide administrative support to a Private Banker at the Plaza building. You will help oversee the loan origination process, coordinating with loan officers, internal departments, clients, and third parties.

You will also monitor overdrafts, maturing and past-due loans, clear covenant exceptions, and handle research requests, including new deposit account inquiries and special projects.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of Retail or Private Bank experience, or commensurate experience to include teller, loan, or bank operations. Previous administrative assistant experience strongly preferred.
• Must be detail oriented and have strong organizational skills
• Self-motivated to learn, ensure deadlines are met, and deliver excellent client service
• Proficient computer skills and ability to adapt quickly to new systems
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills. This includes the ability to write and speak in a professional manner and respond appropriately to inquiries in a fast-paced work environment.
• Strong proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

• Oversee the loan origination process in collaboration with loan officers, internal departments, clients and third parties.
