Job summary

MidFirst Business Credit, Inc. in Tulsa is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support Private Banking by assisting Officers with loan documentation, loan servicing, client management, and cross-department coordination in Tulsa.

This on-site role requires at least three years in loan processing or servicing, excellent communication, and strong PC skills. You will prepare monthly activity reports and help with deposit activities and admin duties.

Qualifications

• Three years of loan processing or loan servicing experience in a similar financial environment.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills; strong customer service focus.
• Working knowledge of deposit systems preferred; excellent PC skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with lending related activities including loan closings and document prep.
• Assist customers with deposit activities such as opening of new accounts and wire transfers.
• Support relationship managers with administrative tasks and covenant monitoring; prepare loan documents and gather financial information.
• Prepare monthly activity monitoring reports.
• Interact with customers and bank officers to collect documents and financial information.
• Handle other duties and projects as assigned.
