Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a Financial Solutions Advisor for its Private Bank Office in Richmond, VA to deliver personalized financial guidance and coordinated solutions. You will triage leads, refer to partners, and meet with clients to review goals and build plans that include brokerage products and banking services.

Licensing (Series 7 & 66 or 63/65) and at least three years in financial services or sales are required. The salary range is $75,000–$85,000 with incentives and full benefits.

Qualifications

• Requires Series 7 & 66 (or 63/65 in lieu of 66) licenses.
• Three years’ experience in financial services or sales with targets met.
• Depth and breadth of relationship management product/solutions knowledge.
• Acts as a client advocate and self-starter who manages time effectively.
• Compliance with regulatory due diligence and SAFE Act requirements.

Responsibilities

• Plans financial goals with brokerage products and banking solutions.
• Recommends banking and investments strategies aligned to client goals.
• Triages client requests and refers to internal service providers based on needs.
• Mitigates and controls risk in daily activities.
• Identifies new clients through referrals or center clientele.
• Coaches and provides feedback to referral partners.
