Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a Financial Solutions Advisor for the Private Bank Office to provide comprehensive guidance and tailored solutions helping clients meet financial goals using brokerage products and banking solutions. The role includes building financial plans and reviewing goals with clients.

Responsibilities include triaging client leads, referring to internal partners, meeting with clients, and expanding licenses; role requires SAFE Act compliance and an office-based work culture

Qualifications

• Currently holds Series 7 & 66 licenses; if not, 63/65 with plan to pass 66 within 60 days.
• Three years’ experience in financial services or sales with goals met or exceeded, including at least one year in investments.
• Depth and breadth of relationship management product/solutions knowledge; acts as a client advocate.

Responsibilities

• Plans client short- and long-term financial goals with brokerage products.
• Recommends banking and investment strategies aligned with client goals.
• Triages client requests and refers to internal service providers by need and asset thresholds.
• Mitigates and controls risk in daily activities.
• Identifies and engages potential new clients through referrals or existing clientele.
• Provides coaching to referral partners based on client needs and product services.
