Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a financial advisor to deliver comprehensive advice and customized solutions to clients, helping them achieve their financial goals. The role involves triaging leads, referring to business partners, and meeting with clients to review goals and develop a financial plan with brokerage products.

Licensing (Series 7 and 66 or equivalents) and at least one year in investments/financial services are required.

Qualifications

• Currently holds Series 7 and 66 licenses (or the equivalent 63/65 in lieu of 66).
• Minimum of one year of experience in the investments industry and/or financial services with sales experience.
• Ability to set and accomplish goals, build and nurture relationships, and collaborate to get things done.
• Strong communication skills, comfort engaging with clients, and effective time management in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work Monday through Friday and rotating Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Plans clients' short- and long-term financial goals by building financial plans with brokerage products (stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities) and banking solutions.
• Recommends banking and investment strategies aligned with client goals and needs.
• Triages client requests and makes referrals to internal service providers based on client needs and asset thresholds.
• Mitigates and controls risk as part of daily activities.
• Identifies potential new clients through referrals or center clientele and provides coaching to referral partners.
