You will work closely with clients, advisors and internal partners to complete service needs, process loans, coordinate documents, and maintain accurate CRM records.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of general banking services and products.
• Demonstrated client contact and communication skills.
• Proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet preparation; familiarity with contact management software and database management.
• Good organizational skills.
• Motivated and detail-oriented.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills (verbal, written, interpersonal).
• Intermediate proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Provide client service and lending support to Private Bankers and Insurance Premium Finance Relationship Managers.
• Complete service tasks, resolve issues, and follow up in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with Relationship Managers to build strong communication channels.
• Prepare client presentations and participate in joint client/advisor calls.
• Assist in processing loans, document requests, closing materials, and scheduling closings.
• Keep CRM (Quest) records up-to-date.
• Support ongoing servicing and monitoring of client relationships and credit facilities.
• Collaborate with other Private Banking Client Associates as needed.
