Johnson Financial Group is seeking a Private Banking Specialist to provide banking and portfolio administrative support to Private Banking Relationship Managers in the Wisconsin region. You will handle account maintenance, client training on online/mobile banking, and assist with loan processing.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and prior financial services experience, with emphasis on confidentiality, organization, and client service excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in financial services; 1+ year in a Relationship Banker role preferred.
• NMLS registration required under Safe Act of 2008.
• Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism; ability to handle confidential information.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to multitask and prioritize.

Responsibilities

• Provide banking and portfolio administrative support to Private Banking Relationship Managers.
• Open, close, and maintain accounts in bank systems; administer NAICS coding.
• Train clients on online and mobile banking solutions.
• Assist with loan requests: compile information, prepare and review documents for closing.
• Process client requests including wire transfers, funds transfers, line draws and loan payments.
• Resolve client inquiries with initiative and independent work style.
• Prepare correspondence, documents, reports, and proposals as requested.
• Schedule client appointments and manage Private Banking events.
• Utilize JFG CRM as the primary tool for managing client relationships.
