Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Newark, DE seeks a Client Service Associate for its Private Bank Global Families Group. You will be the primary contact for service needs, coordinating with advisors, product partners and operations to deliver an integrated private banking experience.

The role requires FINRA licenses or progress toward them, Mandarin/English fluency, and the ability to work in a fast-paced matrix environment with deadlines. Location-based hours apply.

Qualifications

• FINRA Securities Industry Essentials, Series 7 and Series 63 licenses required or must obtain within 90 days.
• Proven ability to operate in a matrix organization and work under pressure with tight deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook.
• Fluency in Mandarin/English is required.
• Schedule aligned to Newark, DE (ET) or Tempe, AZ (MST) hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client service and flawless execution on client requests, inquiries and transactions.
• Adhere to firm controls and FINRA regulations and protect client assets from fraud.
• Collaborate with client facing teams and internal groups to deliver client transactions.
• Identify potential business opportunities for clients to engage in additional products and services.
