Job summary

Citizens Bank in Beverly Hills seeks a Private Bank Client Service Associate to guide clients through loan applications and post-close servicing. You will support credit analysis, documentation, and coordination with escrow and lenders.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in high-touch client service, are proficient with MS Office, and demonstrate professionalism and meticulous record-keeping. A bachelor’s degree is preferred and compliance awareness is required.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in a client-facing role within private banking, wealth management, luxury hospitality, or a similar high-touch service environment.
• Proficiency with technology, including MS suite of products; ability to maintain accurate records and generate reports.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; impeccable relationship management, follow through and attention to detail.
• Demonstrated experience coordinating events and/or travel logistics.
• High degree of professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment when handling confidential client information.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Hospitality, Finance, or a related field preferred
• Familiarity with financial services compliance and client data privacy requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries and servicing requests in a timely manner (response within 30 minutes, solution within 1-2 business days).
• Assist relationship manager with coordinating client meetings, events, and gifts; manage active loan pipeline from preapproval to post-close.
• Coordinate with escrow to schedule loan closings and assist with down payment deposits.
• Answer questions on closing disclosures and loan documents; ensure access to online mortgage tools.
• Handle deposit-related requests (wires/transfers, online banking support, statements, tax docs) and support research requests.
• Assist with preparing pre-approval letters, commitment letters, term sheets, and letters of intent.
