Qualifications

• Associates Degree or higher required; Bachelor’s preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handles all incoming service requests for clients.
• Provides phone back-up when bankers are out on calls.
• Maintains familiarity with Private Banking products.
• Inputs loan requests (consumer and commercial).
• Assists with account origination, loan documentation, and booking in internal systems.
• Assists in credit renewal process and monitoring maturities.
• Completes deposit account opening/closing processes.
• Serves client needs regarding loans, deposits, and electronic banking.
• Coordinates and prepares marketing and account review materials.
