Associated Bank seeks a Private Banking Associate to support Private Bankers and Specialists in serving high net worth clients. You will coordinate loan and deposit documentation, maintain portfolios, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

The role involves collaboration across credit, legal, and customer care teams. This position emphasizes hands-on experience with complex financial solutions and strong partnerships within the bank.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of banking, financial services, or administrative experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate new loan requests and renewals, including application submission, documentation review, and loan booking to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Monitor loan portfolios by tracking renewals, reviewing financial statements, and supporting asset quality management.
• Process deposit and loan transactions, including account openings, wire transfers, stop payments, and other client service requests.
• Partner with internal teams such as credit, legal, and customer care to resolve complex transactions and client issues.
• Support Private Bankers with scheduling, reporting, client outreach, and preparation of presentation materials.
• Ensure all documentation and account activity meet compliance, risk management, and regulatory standards.
