Job summary

WesBanco in Cleveland, OH seeks a Client Relationship Officer to provide exceptional service and support to clients and associates. This role focuses on relationship management, account operations, and documentation accuracy within a 100% in-office setting.

You will coordinate with Commercial Bankers, assist with new accounts, and support loan processing from submission to funding, ensuring due diligence and compliance throughout the process.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage client requests and account operations with accuracy.
• Experience with loan and credit documentation and due diligence.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn banking software.
• Knowledge of KYC and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supports client requests and coordinates account operations.
• Reviews draw packages for commercial lending.
• Opens new accounts and ensures complete documentation.
• Inputs data into lending systems and coordinates submissions.
• Interacts with clients and banks to ensure compliance.
• Maintains client contact information and portfolio details.
• Coordinates third party reports and due diligence.
