Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years retail or commercial banking experience preferred.
• Experience with Commerce Bank internal systems, Quest, and related loan systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of client relationships for 1–3 Insurance Premium Finance Relationship Managers.
• Provide superior client experience by completing tasks, resolving issues, and following up promptly.
• Collaborate with Insurance Premium Finance Relationship Manager(s) to ensure clear communication.
• Prepare client presentations and participate in joint client or advisor calls.
• Assist in processing loans, coordinating documents, and scheduling closings.
• Maintain up-to-date CRM (Quest) records.
• Assist with ongoing servicing and monitoring of client relationships and credit facilities.
• Provide coverage for colleagues as needed.
