Job summary

Commerce Trust in Columbia, Missouri, is seeking a Private Client Advisor Associate to support the delivery of wealth management services to high net worth clients.

You will perform service and fulfillment activities, assist with account administration, and coordinate with tax preparations, prioritizing client relationships and growth. Training and advancement opportunities are available as part of our award-winning culture.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; an Associate degree is preferred.
• 2+ years of office experience required.
• Financial institution experience preferred.
• Open to continuing education and development with desire to expand responsibilities.
• For roles with pay transparency, a reasonable compensation estimate is provided; compensation varies by location and qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Perform service and fulfillment activities to meet the needs and expectations of Commerce Trust clients.
• Act as an additional contact within the client relationship team for clients and as backup when the PCA is absent.
• Assist with account administration, document review, fund transfers, discretionary actions, and coordination for tax preparations with minimal supervision.
• Maintain a professional presence with a strong desire to exceed client expectations.
• Identify opportunities for expansion of relationships with existing clients.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
