Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of banking/finance experience or related
• Bachelor’s degree may substitute for two years of experience
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Support wealth management team in servicing high-value clients.
• Assist with loan applications through closing, including gathering information and documentation.
• Support deposit account servicing, openings, wire transfers, and other banking transactions.
• Review and audit loan, deposit, and related banking documentation for accuracy.
• Respond to client inquiries and liaise with internal departments to resolve issues.
• Prepare and update reports related to loans, deposits, and portfolio management.
• Generate referrals for banking products and services when appropriate.
• Assist with special projects and provide administrative support to the team.
• Contribute to exceptional client service while supporting business development efforts.
