Responsibilities

• Provide client service and communications support to clients, prospects, and business partners.
• Enter and maintain client information across multiple systems and data sources; conduct research as needed.
• Prepare materials and paperwork for client meetings and ensure forms are completed on time.
• Review forms and paperwork for completeness and accuracy; submit to financial institutions and vendors; track funds and resolve processing issues.
• Assist with occasional client seminars and events.
• Be available for infrequent evening or weekend events as needed.
