• Review forms and paperwork for completeness and accuracy; submit to financial institutions and vendors; track funds and resolve processing issues.
• Assist with occasional client seminars and events.
• Be available for infrequent evening or weekend events as needed.

Client Service Associate Honolulu, HI | Direct-Hire | $50,000 - $80,000 DOE

Bishop & Company is seeking a Client Service Associate on behalf of a well-established, family-owned financial services firm in Honolulu. This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused professional looking to build a long-term career in the financial services industry. In this role, you will provide administrative and client support to Financial Advisors and assist with daily office operations in a professional and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

Client Service & Communications

• Answer and assist with incoming client calls and service requests
• Communicate professionally with clients, prospects, and business partners
• Maintain a high level of customer service and confidentiality

Administrative Support & Data Management

• Enter and maintain client information across multiple systems
• Conduct research and contact outside organizations to obtain information and fulfill client requests
• Maintain accurate records and documentation

Client Meeting Preparation

• Prepare materials and paperwork for client appointments
• Ensure required forms are completed accurately and submitted on time

Account Processing

• Review forms and paperwork for completeness and accuracy
• Submit documentation to financial institutions and vendors
• Track incoming funds and assist with resolving processing issues

Events & Seminars

• Assist with occasional client seminars and special events

Availability

• Availability for infrequent evening or weekend events

Minimum Qualifications

• Salary: $50,000 - $80,000 annually, depending on experience
