Job summary

Citizens Private Bank in Greenwich, CT is opening a new Private Bank office in Q1 and seeks an experienced Private Banker, Associate to join our team serving high-net-worth individuals, families and businesses. You will assist relationship managers, expand client relationships, and deliver a white-glove experience while leveraging Citizens deposit products and services.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a professional services role; private banking preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Commitment to handling sensitive information with utmost discretion.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing exceptional client service for day-to-day needs via email, phone or in person.
• Support the Private Banking team and provide backup in the Private Bankers’ absence.
• Assist with obtaining and organizing all required documentation for account openings and ongoing maintenance processes.
• Partner with Private Banker to maintain client relationships and open new accounts.
• Participate in business development calls with Business Bankers/Relationship Managers and/or Private Bankers.
• Acquire knowledge of existing Bank products, focusing on deposits, plus Trust, Wealth Management and Loan products.
