Citizens Bank Greenwich Private Bank seeks a Private Banker to serve high-net-worth clients with a white-glove, highly personalized approach. You will act as the deposit expert, support business partners, and manage onboarding, documentation, and deep client relationships in a 40-hour, in-office schedule.

The role emphasizes selling, client service excellence, and cross-selling bank products, with responsibilities across cash management, transfers, and advisory support.

Qualifications

• A minimum of three years of experience in Private Banking or Private Client, serving sophisticated clients, building relationships, and supporting growth of deposits.
• History of working with high net-worth clientele preferred.
• Banker qualifications differentiate based on competency level, years of experience, and existing client relationships to support deposit growth.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a white glove client experience and grow deposits for the office.
• Act as the deposit and cash management expert and cross-sell where needed.
• Sell the bank to new prospects and deepen client relationships as a trusted advisor.
• Manage relationships in partnership with RMs, BBs, and PBs and refer clients to business partners.
• Provide excellent service, manage onboarding, documentation, and account openings.
• Assist clients with deposits, withdrawals, transfers, CD renewals, and wires.
• Handle inquiries, fee reversals, statement gathering, and other client needs.
