Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Private Bank retail operations and working with Relationship Managers for client service.
• History of working with high net-worth clientele preferred.
• Strong knowledge of banking operations and exceptional client service and communication skills.
• Acute social awareness and perceptiveness.

• Take ownership of the business and make customer-focused decisions.
• Oversee daily operational activities and delegate actions.
