First Western Trust in Aspen, CO is seeking a Private Client Banker I to deliver exceptional client experiences through in-person, phone, and email interactions. The role emphasizes accurate handling of daily banking transactions and proactive service for consumer accounts in an in-office setting.

You will process transfers, open new deposit accounts, and support onboarding while maintaining knowledge of products, policies, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
• 0–3 years of client-facing banking experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Notary public certification within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform teller functions, including cash handling, deposits, account transactions, and end-of-day processing.
• Process transfers, loan payments, and wire transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Assist clients with daily service requests, including check orders, statement copies, debit card disputes, account maintenance, and other banking needs.
• Open new consumer deposit accounts, obtain bonus rate approvals, establish new products and services for existing clients, and complete client onboarding activities.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high client satisfaction and service excellence.
• Collaborate with team members across Operations, Compliance, and Security to support client needs and business objectives.
