Job summary

First Western Trust is seeking a Private Client Banker I in Jackson, WY. This in-office role focuses on delivering exceptional client experiences through teller-related tasks, deposits, transfers, and daily service requests.

You will build relationships, handle client onboarding, and stay compliant with banking regulations while collaborating with multiple departments to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent banking experience.
• 0-3 years of client-facing banking experience required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Detailed knowledge of teller functions, client services, and banking regulations.
• Notary public certification required within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform teller functions, including cash handling and end-of-day processing.
• Process transfers, loan payments, and wire transactions accurately.
• Assist clients with daily service requests and banking needs.
• Open new consumer deposit accounts and onboarding activities.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Operations, Compliance, and Security to support client needs.
